All Bodies Strong was a longtime dream of competitive powerlifters Christina Malone and Will Lay. After getting to know Chris Liles of Fat Fists of Fury, and their desire to make a body-inclusive boxing space, the timing was right. As fat, queer athletes, they were used to navigating spaces that were cramped, judgmental, and designed with a narrow idea of fitness in mind. They got strong anyway. But they also knew they deserved more—and so did everyone else who’s ever felt out of place in a traditional gym.
That experience fueled their mission: to create a gym built by and for larger bodies from the ground up. All Bodies Strong is the first fat-owned and operated gym in the Pacific Northwest, designed around comfort, access, and size-inclusivity. With high-capacity equipment, wide-open layouts, trauma-informed and size-conscious coaching, every detail reflects All Bodies Strong’s commitment to fat liberation and athletic excellence. What they’ve built isn’t just a gym—it’s the space they always needed, and now it’s here for anyone who’s ever been made to feel like they don’t belong in fitness.
Meet the folks who’ll be cheering you on, fixing your form, and reminding you that rest is a rep, too. Our coaches are here to help you get stronger without shame, pressure, or metrics.
All Bodies Strong was built with comfort, access, and breathing room in mind—literally. Our space is wide open, thoughtfully laid out, and intentionally designed so no one’s tripping over a row of barbells or bumping elbows during squats. The gym is accessible, with inclusive equipment for all body types and sizes, a private gender-neutral restroom, and free on-site parking—because ease and access shouldn’t be extra. We make every effort to be as accessible as possible within our current space. If you have any specific concerns, please contact us.
