Hi, I’m Christina — coach, co-founder of All Bodies Strong, song-parody enthusiast, and lifelong fat athlete.

I’ve lived in a fat body my whole life, and like many of us, I’ve wrestled with what that meant in a world obsessed with shrinking. I grew up loving sports but constantly had to prove I deserved to be there — to coaches, classmates, and sometimes even myself. I tried everything to "fix" my body. Diets. Punishing workouts. Hustling to feel good enough. Spoiler alert: none of it worked — except to make me exhausted, burned out, and sick.

Then I found powerlifting. And everything changed.

Lifting helped me stop apologizing for existing and start showing up fully. It taught me that my body isn’t a project — it’s a powerhouse. My size isn’t something to overcome. It’s part of my strength.

When we started All Bodies Strong, my mission was simple: help people feel at home in their bodies — not someday, but right now. Whether you're here to get stronger, feel more connected to your body, or just figure out how to move without hating every second, I’ve got you. You’ll find me in the gym singing made-up lyrics mid-set, cheering you on like it’s the championship, and reminding you that rest is strength, too.

If you’ve ever felt like your body was “too much,” “not enough,” or some impossible combo of both — I’ve been there. You’re not broken. You don’t need fixing. You’re already strong as hell. I'm here to help you connect it.
