I’ve loved movement for as long as I can remember. Tennis was my first love—there’s something about the rhythm of it, the power and strategy, that made me feel alive in my body. Even when I’m not playing regularly, I carry that energy into how I move through the world. These days, I’m especially drawn to the connection between movement and mindfulness. Yoga has taught me to listen deeply, to hold space for myself, and to make peace with the process—not just the outcome.
Movement has been many things for me: healing, rebellious, joyful, and hard-won. As a queer, plus-size woman of color, I’ve had to reclaim fitness on my own terms. I know what it’s like to walk into a gym and feel like you don’t belong. That’s why I joined the All Bodies Strong family—because this is a space where no one has to change who they are to be seen, supported, or celebrated.
My coaching philosophy is rooted in inclusion, empowerment, and personalization. I believe that everyone deserves a trainer who listens, adapts, and truly honors their body’s story. I’m especially passionate about working with people who’ve been told they aren’t strong enough, flexible enough, or “fit” enough—because those stories don’t define what’s possible. I focus on building movement confidence, cultivating strength through compassion, and making fitness feel like something you get to do, not something you’re punished with.
