In 2017 I tried a body-inclusive boxing class and immediately felt like a question was answered in my life. I needed to use my strength in a powerful, intentional way and so boxing quickly became one of the most important parts of my life. I spent years learning how to navigate the sport in a larger body with varying mobility. It was a rollercoaster full of frustration, growth, tears, and so so much joy.

As a coach, I focus on helping people feel capable, powerful, and at home in their bodies. I don’t care how fast you are or what your mobility looks like. We’ll work together to make boxing work for you. My goal is for folks to leave class feeling proud of what they did and more connected to their own strength.

I joined All Bodies Strong because I saw a chance to share boxing in a space that actually makes room for all kinds of people. The community that’s come together in my boxing classes means the world to me. It’s not just about movement; it’s about connection, showing up for each other, and building a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and strong in their own way.
