    Powerlifting focuses on the 3 main lifts: squat, bench press and deadlift, as well as supportive training exercises. Learn how to lift safe with great form right alongside other amazing and badass people, all while in a safe and supportive environment.

    PowerUp is a fun mixture of strength training, weightlifting, and conditioning that helps to increase your strength, endurance, and stability in your day to day life. These classes create an energetic lifting environment that is welcoming to all bodies

  • Small Group Boxing

    Get started by learning the basics; boxing stance, footwork, and how to throw a punch to make you feel like a real badass! Gradually build up your stamina, strength, and endurance with boxing by working mitts with a partner or be self-paced while working a bag.

  • Personal Training

    If you’re looking for one on one coaching, we have you covered. Whether its boxing, powerlifting, or general strength and conditioning we have a coach for you. This includes weekly coaching sessions, programming, and open gym access.

  • Open Gym

    Our open gym membership includes access to the facility, with our strength and specialty equipment. With a supportive community, we make fitness fun!
